Shipping:
*All orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail or Express Mail. If you would like to use another shipping service or are placing an international order, please call us at (866) 786-9912 or email us at info@lolastretch.com.
*United States Postal Service Priority Mail takes 2-3 days to deliver (this is in addition to the three-week production time). Express Mail is overnight delivery.
*LOLAstretch will not take responsibility for those orders damaged while in transit. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help you in dealing with USPS.
Rates:
Returns:
Due to the custom nature of our product, we can only accept returns on items that have a manufacturer's defect or are not what was ordered (as detailed on the customer's invoice). In addition:
*All returns must be made no more than thirty days after the order was received, arriving in their original packaging, tags and labels intact.
*Any order that has been worn or washed cannot be returned.
*Once the returned order is received, a store credit will be issued to the customer.
*No returns will be issued on special orders and discounted merchandise.

*LOLAstretch does not share your information with third parties.
*All information is simply used to provide you with the best customer service possible; it enables you to track your own order history and save your current creations.
Availability:
*It is our goal at LOLAstretch to provide you with the greatest possible options; however, once in a while a fabric will be on back order or will become unavailable. Should this occur, you will be contacted as soon as possible to discuss an alternative for your creation.
